WHAT IS A CITY GROUP?
The reason Jesus wants us to study His word (the bible) is that we would read it and do it--not just read it and know it. And the best way to learn and do what the bible teaches is with other people. It's in community where we grow as disciples of Jesus, like a family of missionary servants.
City Groups meet at least a couple times a month, in someone's home. A meal is shared, we learn what God has to say through the bible, we help each other believe the gospel and we begin to live on mission so that others can also believe the gospel.
