Calling all urban church planters, pastors who want to replant or be revitalized or any leader with a heart for the city who wants solid equipping.
World Impact is a leader in equipping the church among marginalized people all over the world. The Evangel School exists to help your movement, ministry network, denomination or church develop a sound, reproducible strategy to plant healthy churches in communities of poverty.
Evangel Schools of Urban church Planting are offered by Certified Evangel Deans (Plant 616 is one) who train and coach church plant teams using Ripe for Harvest: A Guidebook for Planting Healthy Churches in the City as they develop a contextualized model, strategy, and twelve-month plan toward planting (or replanting) a church.
Our Plant 616 school will be 60% coaching & excercises and 40% content & teaching. Some of the topics we'll cover include: Understanding your context, the theology of the poor, team building, trauma informed ministry, discipling urban leaders, preaching, fundraising, discipleship pathways and more!
The end result of a successful weekend will be a charter for your new church plant!
